• Be part of our international team of Global Category Managers in the Procurement department.
• Focus on Logistic Services categories like Warehousing, Inbound/Outbound Transportation, Sea Freight, and Airfreight.
• Collaborate with teams in Hamburg, Shanghai, and Sao Paulo to drive global procurement strategies.
• Thrive in the dynamic logistics market, using your strategic procurement and project management skills.

THE ROLE

• Lead the definition and deployment of global spend category strategies.
• Drive market research to enhance our strategies and decision-making.
• Manage the source-to-contract process, including tendering, negotiation, and contracting.
• Negotiate supplier contracts in partnership with our legal team.
• Lead the tender team and guide decision‑making based on various criteria.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and maximize Procurement value.
• Shape our strategic framework collaboratively.
• Manage tenders for warehousing and transportation services, focusing on land transportation.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including Supply Chain Directors, Country Managers, and more.
• Contribute to financial business planning.
• Connect with a global network of Procurement professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement standards.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in business administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong Procurement track record.
• Expertise in global spend category management and project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and target‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, e‑tendering, and S2C/P2P processes.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
