Your qualification

Education: Having a commercial or technical qualification, a corresponding university degree (for example, in (business) information management or economics), or a comparable qualification, you will quickly be up to speed. What matters most is that you are a tech enthusiast and that you’d really love to do this job.

Relevant work experience: You have experience in a similar job, and you are familiar with the use of ERP systems

in the process industry. Ideally, you also have knowledge in the handling of production and factory processes.

“Interpreter” qualities: Together with your customers, you will develop groundbreaking digitalization solutions and roll them out in close coordination with our development and support teams.

Strong service mindset and willingness to travel: Your customers’ success comes first for you. You are ready to provide on-site support and to travel for your projects.

Effective communication skills: Effective communication skills: Since you have good communication and interpersonal skills and a self-confident personality, you can offer optimum advice to our customers, in English and optionally in German.

Competences and methodical skills: You easily understand a situation and you are able to develop a suitable solution.
