Job summary

Kiewit Mexico is seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in drainage to join our team in Morelia, Michoacán. You will design, analyze, and integrate drainage systems across major projects, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with engineers and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1–5 years of drainage engineering experience.
  • Experience with pavement drainage, culverts, storm systems, pump stations, highway drainage design.
  • Proficiency with HEC-RAS and Q-GIS.
  • Experience with international codes (AASHTO, DOT) desirable.
  • English level: B1.

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in drainage engineering.
  • Pavement drainage, culverts, storm systems, pump stations, bridge sizing, sediment transport, revetment design, and coastal considerations for highway drainage.
  • Software expertise includes: HEC-RAS, Q-GIS.
  • Experience with international codes desirable (AASHTO, DOT).
  • B1 English
