AUMOVIO SE is seeking a Planning professional to ensure timely supply of finished products through the effective use of systems and tools, with direct customer communication to maintain stock control and optimize goods flow.

The role supports internal inventory projects with key partners, monitors KPIs, and follows up production schedules and customer releases, requiring a degree in engineering/administration/logistics and 1 year in planning or customer service, plus English and SAP/Excel skills.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, logistics or similar.
1 year of experience in Planning, Customer Service or similar roles.
Intermediate Advanced English.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of SAP.

Responsabilidades

Ensure timely supply of finished products through the effective use of available systems and tools, as well as direct communication with customers, ensuring stock control, minimizing time and flows of goods, scheduling requirements considering line capacity and materials availability.
Follow up internal inventory project together with the team to support BMW, Stellantis and Tier 1, KPIs and files to follow up production schedules and customer releases.
