Oppizi Ltd. in the US/CAN Operations Team is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to support day-to-day campaigns across US and Canada, coordinating with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We've built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels: Hand-to-hand (in people's hands), Door-to-Door (in people's mailboxes), and Unaddressed Mail/Direct Mail (in people's mailboxes via the national post services). Job description

We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Operations Manager to join our US/CAN Operations Team.

The Junior Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of our US/CAN markets, working closely with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

The role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to take ownership of operational projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple markets and collaborate with different teams while helping improve operational processes and campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of campaigns across US/CAN markets
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to plan
  • Monitor campaign timelines, operational requirements, and key deliverables
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the agreed budget

Operations & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of campaigns across US/CAN markets
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to plan
  • Monitor campaign timelines, operational requirements, and key deliverables
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the agreed budget
  • Coordinate logistics between cities and ensure teams have the resources needed to operate effectively
  • Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment when needed
  • Identify operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly
  • Support new market and campaign launches
Performance & Data
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and ensure accurate and timely data collection
  • Maintain and update operational dashboards and trackers using Google Sheets
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Support campaign optimization by identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular performance updates and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Use data to support operational decision-making and process improvements
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and support field teams across multiple US/CAN markets
  • Provide ongoing guidance and operational support to team members and trainees
  • Build strong working relationships with Operations, Customer Success, HR, and other internal teams
  • Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear updates on campaign performance and operational progress
  • Support customer-related operational needs in collaboration with the Customer Success team
  • Work closely with Legal and other internal teams to ensure operational activities remain compliant
Process Improvement & Projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, communication, and workflows
  • Take ownership of operational projects from planning through execution
  • Work closely with senior management on operational planning and process improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of new tools and processes
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to communicate operational needs and support the rollout of new solutions
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for operational team members when required
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, management, or a similar role
  • Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Strong experience with Google Sheets/Google Spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and operational metrics
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from planning through execution
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities as the company grows
  • Monthly pay in USD + yearly bonus
