Belden Inc. in Mexico seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement professional to support manufacturing operations. You will monitor process parameters, collect and analyze production data, and assist in troubleshooting process issues.

A strong background in Lean manufacturing, process monitoring, data reporting, and root cause analysis will help drive reductions in scrap and downtime, with risk mitigation using LDM methodology.

Formación

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Position Summary

Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and process improvement activities. Skilled in monitoring process parameters, collecting and analyzing production data, and assisting in troubleshooting process issues. Familiar with standard operations procedure, quality requirements, and basic continues improvements tools.

Strong background in troubleshooting, reduce scrap and downtime.

Root cause analysis and risk mitigation. LDM methodology.
