Responsibilities and Impact

The Jr. Content Designer - LATAM role is a specialized position focused on art direction and digital design. This person will create graphics from scratch, edit and manipulate visual assets, and deliver production‑ready materials such as digital banners and paid media content. They must also be skilled in editorial design and capable of building consistent design systems that tell a clear visual story. Additionally, Jr. Content Designer - LATAM will support the creation and refinement of presentation decks and templates.

  • Adapt master graphics/key visuals into static and animated digital banners and paid media content.
  • Conceptualize and design new key visuals or graphic assets when required.
  • Translate brand briefs into effective visual solutions.
  • Perform digital manipulation (product adjustments, color correction, layout changes, resizing, etc.).
  • Create rapid prototypes and quick mockups for internal reviews.
  • Develop presentations, templates, newsletters, and internal communication materials with strong layout and storytelling.
  • Produce simple print‑ready designs when needed.
  • Update and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account & Strategy team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of final assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital/art/graphic design (internships count).
  • English proficiency — intermediate level minimum.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • PowerPoint skills for templates, layouts, look & feel, and presentation design.
  • Basic–intermediate knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics).
  • Online creative portfolio showcasing digital design work.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver within established timelines.
