Crown Famosa, S.A. de C.V. en Monterrey busca asegurar el cumplimiento del volumen de producción de latas de bebidas cumpliendo con las especificaciones de los clientes y optimizando la eficiencia operativa.

Se gestionan indicadores de rendimiento, seguridad y medioambiente para mantener la calidad y la sostenibilidad en todo el proceso. La posición implica definir planes de capacitación, supervisar rutinas de mantenimiento autónomo y asegurar el aprovechamiento eficiente de tiempo y materiales,

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar el cumplimiento del volumen de producción de latas de bebidas que cumpla con las especificaciones de los clientes.
• Cumplir con los indicadores operativos establecidos (eficiencia, desperdicio, hold for inspection).
• Definir plan de capacitación y desarrollo del personal operativo.
• Asegurar la ejecución del las rutinas de mantenimiento autónomo.
• Cumplir con el presupuesto de tiempo extra y rendimientos de materiales.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento a los estándares de seguridad y medioambiente de la compañía, aplicables al área
