Accenture México is seeking a Production Support professional to join our team in Monterrey. You will work with SQL, Java, UNIX/Linux to maintain and improve critical applications, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with global experts.

This role requires Advanced English and a passion for learning new technologies such as Oracle DB, MongoDB, Python, and Splunk; you will be part of a collaborative, team-based environment with international projects.

Formación

• Experience in Production Support and incident management.
• Strong SQL, Java, UNIX/Linux troubleshooting skills.
