What you will do

• Architecting new solutions for banking domain.
• Championing to modernize legacy applications with out-of-the-box thinking and innovative solutions that brings in efficiencies in software delivery resulting in a high-quality product, leading to increased stability in Production.
• Understanding different applications, understanding interdependencies and participating in building architecture roadmaps that are strategically aligned to the bank’s strategic priorities.
• Presenting and leveraging technical information and solutions in a way that establishes trust within relationships, persuades stakeholders and achieves understanding and consensus at all levels.
• Partnering with multiple teams across the bank to collaborate on design strategy and direction.
• Coaching and mentoring developers and assisting them in technical challenges and ensuring best practices are followed.

Who you are

• Software Engineer with at least 8+ years of experience.
• Hold a Bachelors Degree (or superior) in computer science or related.
• Hands-On Architect, with passion to create, understand and enhance code.
• Proven knowledge and experience building enterprise platforms using best practices and design patterns, especially expertise in Microservice and Event Driven architectures.
• Strong experience on Java, Spring Boot, React.
• Proven knowledge on CI / CD technologies such as Jira, GitOps, BitBucket Pipelines or related stack.
• Knowledge on any of the mayor cloud providers: GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge on enterprise security, implementing patterns such as OpenID, OAuth.
• Desired Knowledge on the following technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis.
