DSV Road GmbH in Mexico City seeks an experienced IT Specialist – SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) PTP Consultant to join the Global IT organization and help drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives across the enterprise.

You will work as an SAP Functional Consultant supporting Finance, AP, MM, and PTP processes, collaborating with stakeholders and SAP professionals to design, test, and roll out solutions globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Finance or related field; required.
• 5+ years as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant.
• 2+ years SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Strong AP and PTP process knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and related interfaces is desirable.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and global rollouts is valued.
• Understanding end-to-end Finance processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting solutions.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and testing sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English, written and spoken; ability to work remotely with global teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

IT Specialist – SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) PTP Consultant

We are looking for an IT Specialist – SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) PTP Consultant to join our Global IT organization and contribute to DSV's ongoing SAP S/4HANA journey.

In this role, you will work as a SAP Functional Consultant within the ERP Finance – Procure-to-Pay team, supporting and improving SAP solutions across our global organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and SAP professionals to design, implement, test, and roll out solutions focused on Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Materials Management (MM), Procure-to-Pay processes, and related interfaces.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Provide SAP solution recommendations based on business requirements, scope, and functional needs.

Configure and provide functional support for SAP modules related to FI/CO, AP, MM, and PTP.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Prepare functional, technical, and design documentation following established SAP standards.

Assess business process impacts, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Participate in SAP implementations, testing, training, and global rollouts.

Support the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and related integrations.

Lead or participate in workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Provide guidance on SAP data standards, requirements, and limitations.

Troubleshoot complex functional and business process issues and develop effective solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of Finance and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Education and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience working as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably 2+ years.

Strong experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.

Knowledge or experience with SAP MM.

Experience with SAP Fiori and PTP-related interfaces is highly desirable.

Experience participating in or supporting global SAP rollouts.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes.

Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional/technical documentation.

Experience with SAP configuration and functional support.

Ability to facilitate workshops, testing activities, and training sessions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced/Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global and remote teams.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally, when required.

Minimal Work Experience

5+ years of professional experience in SAP ERP as an FI/CO Functional Consultant.

Experience working with SAP FI/CO, AP, MM, and PTP processes.

2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

Previous experience in SAP implementation or global rollout projects is highly desirable.
