Ferrero International S.A. is seeking an experienced IT Architect to design, develop, and maintain technical architecture solutions and applications that meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in technical architecture and application management, including solution design, testing, implementation, upgrades, Level 3 support, and technology project management.
• Knowledge of Service Management and SLAs.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors/partners.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced/conversational English for international teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop technical architecture solutions and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Ferrero's technology standards.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, identify architecture alternatives and improvements.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of new technologies, upgrades, and enhancements with teams and partners.
• Manage the application lifecycle from development to decommissioning, ensuring continuity.
• Lead testing activities, define test plans, schedules, and test cases, track defects.
• Analyze and resolve issues identified during testing, releases, and post-production.
• Manage Level 3 incidents and problems, following SLAs and addressing performance issues.
• Review and ensure quality of reports, documentation, configurations, and assets.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Project Management, and Technology Engineering teams and vendors.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external resources.

About the role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical architecture solutions and applications that meet business needs. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure solutions comply with Ferrero's architecture, quality, and performance standards. You will also lead testing, implementation, and application support activities throughout the entire application lifecycle, ensuring proper operation and business continuity.

Main Responsibilities

• You will design and develop technical architecture solutions and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Ferrero's technology standards.
• You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, identifying architecture alternatives, improvement opportunities, and efficient and sustainable technical solutions.
• You will coordinate and oversee the implementation of new technologies, upgrades, updates, and enhancements with internal teams and technology partners, ensuring compliance with established timelines, activities, and procedures.
• You will manage the application lifecycle, from development, configuration, data migration, and implementation through maintenance, updates, and eventual decommissioning, ensuring solution integrity and continuity.
• You will lead testing activities, defining test plans, schedules, and test cases, and tracking defects, incidents, and results to ensure application quality.
• You will analyze and resolve issues identified during testing, new releases, and post-production, ensuring application stability and proper functionality.
• You will manage Level 3 incidents and problems, following up on their resolution in accordance with established SLAs and addressing application, interface, availability, and performance-related issues.
• You will review and ensure the quality and accuracy of reports, technical documentation, configurations, and asset information related to the solutions under your responsibility.
• You will collaborate with Service Management, Service Leads, Project Management, and Technology Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and vendors, to ensure the continuity, performance, and evolution of technology solutions.
• You will provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external resources, facilitating the proper implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of solutions.

About You

Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in technical architecture and application management, including solution design, testing, implementation, upgrades, Level 3 support, and technology project management, working closely with commercial teams and shopper-oriented digital platforms.

Knowledge of Service Management and SLAs.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors/partners.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, effective communication, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Advanced/conversational English, considering interaction with international teams.
