• 3+ years of experience in IT or similar positions.
• Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Availability to travel (Visa, Passport and Drivers Licence).

Responsabilidades

• Answer the phone with proper greeting and return voicemails.
• Create, Assign and Close tickets in AADM.
• Add/Delete/Change user accounts for all systems.
• Help maintain IT documents and matrices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Provide local physical support as assigned.
