Duties / Responsibilities
General
- And client computer support via the ticket system according defined SLA and company policies, including hands on and remote.
- Support with OT related tasks on production sites.
- Deployment of approved software and hardware to the end users according to company IT Policies.
- Involvement in global technical IT projects.
- Involvement in global technical teams.
- Shorter business travels can occur.
- Minor repair and error searching on office technology products.
Competence requirements
- Min. 3 year experience from similar role.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with a good and healthy attitude towards customer service, and with the ability to multitask is necessary.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong interest in technology.
- Education in Information Technology and / or min. 3 year experience within IT user support (PC, server, network).
- Strong knowledge, and support experience with Windows based client systems.
- Experience with support of Android based mobile devices needed.
- Basic knowledge in supporting Windows based servers, Microsoft Office products, TCP / IP networks and Active Directory.
- Experience in supporting, deploying and servicing PC's, Printers and other office technology products.
- Knowledge / experience with OT and digitalized production methods seen as a benefit.
- Experience or knowledge with Mac based systems seen as a benefit.
- Powershell scripting or other structured programing language knowledge seen as a benefit.
- Very good English skills, both verbally and written is required.
- Work experience from a Global Enterprise seen as a benefit.
- Driver's license for car required.
