Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Sourcer / Recruiter to drive the identification, engagement and onboarding of top-tier tech talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage exceptional engineering, data, and product professionals across multiple platforms using diverse recruiting strategies and active / passive sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to comprehend role requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with U.S.-based candidates ensuring professionalism, cultural alignment and adherence to our company values.
  • Maintain a vast and dynamic talent pipeline comprising passive candidates.
  • Own the entire candidate experience from initial outreach to seamless handoff.
  • Analyze data to track pipeline progress, sourcing performance and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in technical sourcing / recruiting with proven results.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools (Boolean search, CRM/ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to manage numerous searches simultaneously while maintaining urgency, organization, and a bias for action.
  • Experience in high-volume tech recruitment with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • A polished professional appearance on camera is a must.
