We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our global network infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with hands‑on execution across wired, wireless, audiovisual systems, and office expansion projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our global workforce stays connected, secure, and supported through reliable and scalable network solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Network Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy secure, scalable LAN/WAN and wireless solutions across global offices.
- Maintenance & Operations: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and access controls in alignment with security and compliance standards.
- AV & Collaboration Support: Support and maintain AV systems and conferencing technology for hybrid meetings and corporate events.
- Office Expansion Projects: Partner with Workplace and IT teams to plan and execute network infrastructure for new offices and expansions.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools such as Logic Monitor, Aruba Dashboard, or equivalent platforms to monitor performance, identify issues, and improve reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with endpoint, collaboration, and security teams to ensure seamless technology integration and user experience.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure, install, and support networking and AV hardware.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in network engineering or infrastructure operations, preferably in a global or multi‑site environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Core Networking: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
- Hardware Platforms: Experience with major vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and/or other enterprise‑grade hardware.
- Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with SD‑WAN, cloud networking (AWS) and network monitoring tools.
- Security & SaaS: Experience with security platforms and cloud‑native solutions; Netskope experience a plus.
- Collaboration Systems: Working knowledge of AV systems and conferencing technologies (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Neat).
- Other Beneficial Skills: Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible) or network automation tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Problem‑Solving: Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record of root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, especially in documenting change control procedures.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder relationships during the change control process.
Location: Candidates must be physically located in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de México). The role requires attending the local office part of the week; a specific in‑office schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.
Hybrid work is offered at the team level, allowing flexibility to work remotely for part of the week while maintaining an in‑office presence.
