Hussmann is seeking an ISO Specialist to support the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) at our Tijuana, Mexico site.

You will conduct internal audits per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, assist with external audits, and follow up on corrective actions while maintaining documentation and promoting a process-based approach across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Experience conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Conversational English required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct internal audits per ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards.
• Support and participate in external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Prepare internal audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and maintain MS documentation.
• Promote the process-based approach throughout the organization.
• Monitor risk assessment and risk control activities.
• Develop and update QMS and EMS procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Support and participate in external ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Prepare internal audit reports.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Maintain and control Management System documentation.
• Monitor risk assessment and risk control activities.
• Promote the process-based approach throughout the organization.
• Support the identification of interested parties\' needs and expectations.
• Prepare information for Management Review meetings.
• Develop and update QMS and EMS procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the department.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Conversational English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience using process management tools.
• Knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Knowledge and application of ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Experience planning, conducting, and following up on internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience applying problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and A3.
• Experience using process analysis and process control tools.
• Experience preparing and maintaining Management System documentation.
• Ability to identify, track, and verify corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) requirements and compliance.
