EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an iOS Software Engineering Manager to set direction for our Swift-based iOS platform. You will lead architecture, delivery, and release practices across native iOS apps, partnering with product, design, backend, and engineering leadership.

You will define the technical vision, drive the roadmap, and mentor engineers across senior and junior levels while maintaining a high bar for quality and performance.

Formación

• 7+ years of native iOS development experience.
• 2+ years of leadership and team management.
• Expert in Swift and iOS SDK.
• Experience with MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine, and Swift Concurrency.
• Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Proven ownership of CI/CD for iOS releases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2+.
