Purpose of Role

As part of our Corporate Security team, your core mission will be to protect Diageo's people, property, operations, reputation, and future development.

You will set policies and standards while managing their implementation across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Investigations : Oversee regional investigations by analyzing data trends and providing mentorship to investigators.
Enhance investigation capabilities through tailored training.

2. Conduct Complex Investigations : Personally handle sensitive internal investigations ensuring alignment with legal requirements while collaborating with Business Integrity and other functions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement : Provide senior stakeholders with analysis on regional investigation trends.
Identify patterns and recommend corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence.

4. Build Relationships : Establish strong working relationships with market leadership across LAC and relevant functions such as HR, Legal, Digital & Technology.

5. Develop Capabilities : Support delivery of proactive investigations management via a network of investigators in-market; provide advice and training to develop investigative capability.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Senior investigations professional with at least 10 years' experience focusing on Latin America & Caribbean.
• Proven expertise in conducting sensitive corporate investigations.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish; excellent English writing and presentation skills.
• Experience using e-discovery tools in investigations.
