  • Perform root‑cause analysis on E&O drivers and translate insights into clear mitigation plans.
  • Validate and reconcile inventory data across ERP/MRP, ODM reports, and analytics dashboards.
  • Support targeted optimization actions (redistribution, rework, controlled build plans, liquidation/alternate use).
ODM Partnership & Governance Support
  • Collect data, follow up on actions, and validate updates from ODM partners.
  • Support preparation of materials for ODM business reviews.
  • Maintain trackers and status updates.
  • Partner directly with ODM contacts to track actions, resolve issues, and close risks on time.
  • Prepare content and lead Inventory status at ODM business reviews.
  • Escalate gaps when timelines or commitments slip.
  • Capture decisions and follow‑through to closure.
  • Coordinate multi‑team alignment (Planning, Procurement, Ops, Finance).
Lifecycle Management
  • Support SKU rationalization, and EOL transitions.
  • Track material run‑downs and transitions to minimize residuals and write‑off.
  • Tracking EOL progress to avoid leftover materials.
  • Communicate product’s retirement (End of Manufacturing Dates).
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain dashboards and KPI packs for leadership (E&O outlook, aging mix, risk forecast accuracy, turns).
  • Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to align inventory mitigation paths
  • Communicate findings clearly and support cross‑functional discussions.
  • Identify insights and propose solutions during KPI and review forums.
  • Improve data pipelines, automate recurring analyses, and enhance reporting standardization.

Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and trackers.
  • Standardize templates, reporting structures, and review cadences across ODMs.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and document Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates.
Qualifications
