Position Summary

The Inventory Control coordinator will work closely with our Inventory Manager to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of all products in the warehouse.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other inventory-related metrics.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual or Advanced level of English/ must speak fluently.
