MezTal busca un Ingeniero de Soporte de Integraciones para personalizar el producto en sitios de clientes y asegurar integraciones eficientes de bases de datos y CRM. Colaborarás con clientes para soluciones técnicas y la puesta en marcha.

Se valorará experiencia en REST APIs, JavaScript, Python y SQL, y uso de Zendesk para soporte. El esquema híbrido ofrece trabajo mixto entre oficina y remoto.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en frontend: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python y SQL.
• Experiencia práctica en onboarding e implementación de soluciones técnicas desde kickoff hasta go-live.
• Capacidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos a stakeholders no técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Personalizar sitios de clientes y adaptar la apariencia y usabilidad de nuestro producto.
• Mejorar la funcionalidad con JavaScript y HTML para características a medida.
• Liderar implementación técnica de nuevos clientes y gestionar plazos de proyecto.
• Comunicación con clientes para entender necesidades y proponer soluciones técnicas.
• Configurar integraciones de bases de datos y CRM para flujo de datos eficiente.
• Ajustar herramientas internas y gestionar APIs REST para conectar servicios.
• Procesar datos con Python/SQL para presentaciones claras y útiles.

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for making things work seamlessly? We’re looking for an Integrations Support Engineer to join our team and help our clients get the most out of our product.

In this role, you’ll customize our product on client websites, ensuring everything integrates smoothly and performs at its best. You’ll work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and communicate next steps clearly. Your tasks will include configuring database and CRM integrations for efficient data flow, setting up and adjusting in- house tools to meet client needs, and using Python, SQL, and JavaScript to process data into clear, understandable presentations.

You’ll also prioritize and manage multiple tasks to deliver extraordinary results. If you enjoy problem-solving and helping clients succeed, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Own

• Personalize Client Websites: Use your CSS skills to make our product look and feel right at home on client websites, ensuring everything is visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Enhance Functionality: Bring your expertise in JavaScript and HTML to add custom features and improvements, making our product even better for our clients.
• Client Implementation & Onboarding: Lead the technical implementation of new clients end-to-end, from initial technical discovery through go-live, translating client requirements into a working configuration and keeping implementation timelines on track.
• Client Communication: Partner with clients, understand what they need, and provide the right technical solutions.
• Database and CRM Integration: Set up and fine-tune database and CRM connections to keep data flowing smoothly and operations running efficiently.
• Tool Configuration: Adjust our in-house tools to fit client needs and ensure everything launches without a hitch.
• API Integration: Use REST APIs to connect our product with other services, boosting its capabilities.
• Data Processing: Work with data using Python, SQL, and JavaScript to turn raw information into clear and insightful presentations.
• Manage Projects: Juggle multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring top-notch results on time.
• Customer Support: Use Zendesk to oversee support tickets, providing quick and effective solutions to client issues.

Requirements

• Solid experience in frontend development, especially skilled in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on implementation experience — a track record of onboarding new clients or deploying technical solutions from kickoff through launch, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database systems and CRM platforms, with the ability to set up and configure integrations.
• Experience with API integrations and making REST API calls.
• Proficiency in data processing using JavaScript, Python, and SQL and the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and multiple concurrent implementations proficiently.
• English advanced and good communication skills.
