Tec­nológi­co de Monterrey seeks an Institutional AIMS Postdoctoral Researcher to advance high-impact applied research in artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and supply chains. The role emphasizes designing studies, developing analytical models, publishing results, and collaborating with industry to create practical solutions.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in a related field and demonstrate strong problem-solving and multidisciplinary communication skills.

Formación

• PhD in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong research background in AI, manufacturing, or optimization.
• Experience publishing in academic journals and collaborating with industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop research in AI, manufacturing, optimization, and supply chains.
• Design and execute studies, analytical models, and applied research projects.
• Publish research results in academic journals and specialized forums.

• What will you do ?

As an Institutional AIMS (AI for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Institute) Postdoctoral Researcher, your main challenge will be to develop and drive high-impact applied research in artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and supply chains, generating innovative solutions with academic and industrial impact.

• How will you do it?

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop research in the areas of artificial intelligence, manufacturing, optimization, and supply chains.
• Design and execute studies, analytical models, and applied research projects.
• Publish research results in academic journals and specialized forums.
• Collaborate with companies and strategic partners on research projects and solution development.
• Develop data-driven tools and solutions for industrial applications.
• Mentor and support graduate students in research projects and thesis work.
• What are we looking for?

If you have a background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related fields, have completed your Ph.D., and have experience working on applied research, projects related to artificial intelligence, data analytics, optimization, or manufacturing and supply chain systems, and if your skills include problem-solving and effective communication in multidisciplinary environments, we are looking for you.
