Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Safety Inspector in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Ability to conduct toolbox talks and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites.
• Identify potential safety hazards and environmental risks.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and NOMs.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures.
• Deliver safety training to employees and contractors.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
