Epsilon LATAM is seeking a data engineer to design and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics solutions. You will work across multiple Mexican sites in a hybrid model, focusing on SQL, ETL development, and Tableau-based reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics.
• Strong SQL, ETL development, and Tableau expertise.
• Experience building automated data solutions in AWS.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Location: [Hybrid- MTY, Queretaro, GDL and Mexico City]

Key Skills Required:

• SQL (4-5+ years): Advanced SQL development, data analysis, complex query optimization, and data investigations.
• ETL Development (3-5+ years): Design, development, automation, and support of scalable ETL/data pipelines.
• Tableau (3+ years): Dashboard development, workbook creation, reporting, and KPI visualization.
• AWS (Optional but good to have) (3+ years): Hands-on experience with Athena, Lambda, CloudWatch, and EMR.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL development, and Tableau.
• Experience building automated data solutions in AWS environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
