Inside Sales Advisor (ISA) – Roofing Sales Support (Remote, Mexico)

Inside Sales Advisor – roofing sales support role. Remote location: Mexico. Full‑time employment. Compensation: USD $30,000 base salary plus performance bonuses up to $50,000 total potential.

We are expanding our Inside Sales team and hiring a true A‑player who is relentless, accountable, and ready to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the driving force behind three Outside Sales Representatives, managing communication, follow‑up, and customer experience from first contact to production hand‑off.
  • Maintain a pristine CRM record—no missing notes, no dropped follow‑ups.
  • Use a consultative, curious sales approach (NEPQ style – never pushy).
  • Complete a sales assessment during the hiring process, followed by an initial interview and a short video introducing yourself.
  • Share your proudest sales achievement or a quick career highlight, and explain why you believe you would be a strong fit for the Inside Sales role at Rhino Roofs.
Qualifications
  • Remote sales experience (B2C or B2B) in insurance, technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent English with a clear, confident phone presence.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and sales systems.

  • Ability to work independently, handling a high volume of leads from the first point of contact through to hand‑off.
Compensation & Benefits

USD $30,000 base salary plus performance bonuses up to an additional USD $20,000 (≈$50,000 total potential). Paid training through Rhino's Sales Engine 2.0 program. Long‑term performance incentive plans available.
