Milwaukee Tool is seeking an experienced mechanical/electrical engineering professional to lead cross-functional projects at our Torreon site. You will translate technical details for engineers and non-technical colleagues, coordinate validation activities, and manage engineering changes across mechanical, electronic, and motor components.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred).
• Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Experience or exposure to engineering change management.
• Experience in product engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily communications, both verbal and written, to ensure all groups are working toward the goal of timely project completion.
• Must be able to communicate technical details and concepts to engineers and non-technical team members in Torreon.
• Coordinate validation activities and cross-functional execution plans.
• Manage engineering changes involving mechanical, electronic, and motor components.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and requirements.
• Drive implementation of cost improvements changes in mass production.
