A leading food and beverage company in Mexico is seeking a Commercialization Sr Supervisor. This role requires leading commercial change initiatives, driving cross functional teams, and ensuring project timelines are met. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and must be fluent in English. The Opportunity
The role of Commercialization is to enable PepsiCo's accelerated growth by rapid development and flawless execution of fewer, bigger, better innovation. This role is required to lead mostly Commercial Change initiatives (Revenue Management agenda, pep+ agenda, brand stewardship and others) and drive cross functional teams towards challenging execution goals.
