Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a significant portfolio in Computer Vision projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Expertise in image processing, object detection, segmentation, and other CV tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in a Hybrid or on‑site environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement state‑of‑the‑art machine learning models, with a strong focus on Computer Vision algorithms and techniques.
• Process, clean, and analyze large‑scale datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare them for model training.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision, and apply them to real‑world problems.
• Document experiments, methodologies, and results comprehensively.
