The ideal candidate has 7+ years in geological exploration or mine development, proficiency with Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac, and strong geostatistics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in geological exploration and mine development.
• Proficiency with geological modeling and resource estimation software (Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac).
• Strong understanding of geostatistics and mineral economics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform geological mapping and structural analysis to identify mineral deposits.
• Design and implement exploration programs including drilling campaigns and geophysical surveys.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience with international mining projects is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely from Morelia, Michoacán, MX or any other location within Mexico.
