A global technology company is looking for a remote support technician to provide first-level assistance for Voiceline issues. This role focuses on troubleshooting, analyzing production defects, and executing code changes. Work Schedule

This is a remote position only from Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara. Availability to work with mixed schedules (every week will have different days off and office hours), availability to work on the weekends (at least 3 per month), availability to cover at least 3 night shifts per year (No negotiable).

Job Description

We focus on offering the first level support for Voiceline problems (Incidents, Service interruptions) as well as working on the production defects and vulnerabilities that are continuously being discovered in our services, doing the analysis to find the root cause, code changes, validations, and release process. Voiceline is the automated self-service system that lets a member do different bank operations in a phone call without requiring a representative on the phone.
