Placements24 is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer for mechanical components to join our global engineering team. The role is fully remote, with base in Hermosillo, Sonora, and offers flexible schedules while collaborating with colleagues worldwide to optimize production processes.

You will design and improve processes, develop workflows and SOPs, analyze data, apply Lean and Six Sigma, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support production teams remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering for mechanical components.
• Knowledge of machining, stamping, casting and assembly processes.
• Proficiency with process simulation and optimization software.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
