Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali is seeking an EHS III to manage safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and corporate requirements.

Key duties include selecting PPE, coordinating EHS training, performing risk analyses on processes and equipment, and handling permits and safety studies (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). Strong English, presentation skills, and knowledge of environmental laws are required.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in EHS roles.
• Bachelor's degrees in Chemical or Industrial Engineering as stated.
• Experience with safety permits and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE suitable for each operation and/or machinery.
• Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training.
• Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment.
• Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) as well as Corporate requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Managing programs, safety and environmental control of the company.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suitable for each operation and / or machinery in the company.
• Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training.
• Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment.
• Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, safe company, etc.) as well as Corporate requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• English spoken and written (85% Advanced), ability to make presentations.
• ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 experience.
• Environmental, Hygiene and Environmental legal requirements knowledge.
• Risk analysis experience.
