The role requires 5+ years in automotive QC/QA, strong knowledge of IATF 16949, SPC expertise, and the ability to work independently from a home office while guiding CAPA actions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.

• Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Whys).
