Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking an early-career industrial engineer to map, streamline and sustain logistics and assembly processes. You will map MIFC, update PFEP, design Kanban-driven replenishment, and support layout improvements to reduce waste and improve flow.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 6 months to 1 year in opex/logistics, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD or Creo), Lean manufacturing knowledge, and conversational English.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year in opex, logistics, warehouses, or related environments.

Responsabilidades

• Map and update the MIFC to identify and remove waste in the logistics flow.
• Keep PFEP up to date to define packaging and destination for each component.
• Design pull replenishment systems using Kanban signaling, sequencing, and kit preparation.
• Support transition to forklift-free layouts using logistics trains.
• Optimize material supermarkets and workstations at point of use following ergonomic principles.

Work Location

On‑Site (5 days)

Education

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Cadena de suministro, Manufactura, Administración de operaciones.

Experience

• Entre 6 meses a 1 año en ambientes de opex, logística, almacén y flujos de material, manufactura, ensamble, etc.

Skills

• Administración eficiente del tiempo, manejo de documentación técnica, comunicación efectiva, análisis de problemas y seguimiento de procesos, compras y capacitación de personal.
• Conocimiento en diseño CAD (AutoCAD, Creo Parametric), Lean Manufacturing.
• Experiencia en análisis y balanceo de procesos de ensamble, interpretación de dibujos y especificaciones técnicas, procesos de compra.
• Ingles conversacional necesario.

Responsibilities

• Mapear y actualizar el MIFC para identificar y eliminar desperdicios en el flujo logístico.
• Mantener actualizado el PFEP para definir el empaque y destino de cada componente.
• Diseñar sistemas de reabastecimiento Pull mediante señales Kanban, secuenciado y preparación de kits.
• Apoyar la transición hacia layouts libres de montacargas mediante el uso de trenes logísticos.
• Optimizar supermercados de materiales y estaciones en punto de uso bajo principios ergonómicos.
