Job summary

Caterpillar Nuevo Laredo seeks a Team Lead Technical Infrastructure to drive the design, testing and implementation of IT applications and transformations. You will guide a team, consult on client requirements, and ensure solutions align with Caterpillar standards across technology areas.

Qualifications

BS degree as listed in the job description.
85%+ English level, written and oral.
Proven leadership experience in teams.
Experience leading improvement projects.
System thinking and problem solving.
Good judgment and superior communication skills.
Six Sigma Black Belt.

Responsibilities

Guide team to consult on client requirements and propose technology solutions and business cases.
Lead design, testing and technology implementation of technical projects in collaboration with IT staff.
Ensure designs and implementations comply with standards and processes.
Mentor others to enhance technical competence and drive effective solutions.
