Kyndryl is seeking Infrastructure Specialists to join our project-based teams. You’ll analyze problems, document and diagram work for hand-off, test and automate solutions, and help shape long-range IT infrastructure plans across different platforms.

• Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain.
• 0-6 months of experience providing IT support.
• Experience working in a customer facing environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
• Contribute to long-range IT infrastructure planning and operational execution.
• Provide timely solutions and documentation to enable smooth hand-offs.
• Collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and PMs to deliver customer outcomes.
