El candidato ideal debe tener más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B y 3 años en manejo de cuentas clave en la industria de manufactura metálica. El puesto es presencial y ofrece un salario mensual de $80,000 a $90,000. Es necesario el manejo de inglés avanzado y un registro de conducción seguro.

Sales Engineer - North America

About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of precision cold forging and metal stamping solutions, serving industries such as automotive, security, consumer goods, and home electronics.

With a strong presence in North America, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth, build long‑term client relationships, and coordinate project execution with our manufacturing facilities.

The Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our position in the North American market.

Your primary focus will be selling precision‑engineered metal components and assemblies to manufacturers in various industries.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B customers in North America.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients.
  • Engage with decision‑makers at manufacturing companies to promote our metal forging and stamping solutions.
  • Lead the process to gain supplier approval and secure project contracts.
Project & Account Management
  • Oversee the entire sales and project lifecycle, from initial contact to mass production.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Manage customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project transitions.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and execute account management strategies for key customers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to strengthen partnerships.
  • Provide personalized support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of special projects and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Maintain high levels of responsibility, initiative, and execution in all tasks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management or business development within the metal manufacturing industry in North America.
  • Strong understanding of the cold forging and metal stamping industry, including products, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with North American sales management systems and contract regulations.
Skills
  • Proficiency in English for daily work communication.
  • Safe driving record (minimum 2 years of experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
