A global technology leader is seeking an Industrial Quality & Digitalization Engineer based in Tijuana. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering, strong data analysis skills, and leadership abilities. You will coordinate improvement projects for quality issues and supervise teams focusing on digitalization efforts. Fluency in English is required. More about the role :

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Industrial Quality & Digitalization Engineer in Tijuana with Signify.

• Industrial quality, manufacturing process, problem solving and leadership (multifunctional team) routine.

Also production process.

• Data Analysis to attack main offenders in the product quality and CoNQ to keep the customer satisfied.
• Coordinate improvement projects for main quality issues to contribute to the business to save cost while the quality is sustained.
• Supervise Failure analyst team.
• Coordinate the AOI and Xray activities and team.
• Digitalization projects for the Industrial Quality group (internal and external).
