Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors who manage operational processes while monitoring performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of individual contributors and monitor their performance while ensuring the availability of tools and resources to support both the team and the operational processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Facilitate the adoption of process changes within the organization by communicating changes effectively, training employees, and managing resistance.
- Manage resources, including personnel and technology, to support process improvement initiatives effectively.
- Lead projects related to equipment improvement, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting.
- Create and maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on the status of operational processes, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Education & Experience
- Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Engineering and commensurate work experience.
- Typically has 7‑10 years of job‑related experience or 5‑7 years of management experience, preferably in maintenance management.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
