Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Painter in Torreón, Mexico to prep parts, operate paint equipment, and apply coatings per procedures. You will work near moving parts, handle fumes, and comply with safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires prior painting experience, knowledge of epoxy paints, and a HS Diploma or GED, with opportunities to train other team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing painting environment.
• Knowledge of epoxy paint and related processes.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to train team members.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare parts for painting and operate paint equipment per procedures.
• Mix and apply epoxy or other coatings as specified.
• Maintain paint equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety rules and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and meet production standards.
• Adhere to CIP activities and Flowserve QA requirements.
