EPTA Group in Querétaro seeks a seasoned Production/Plant Manager to define and implement production flows, start-ups, and new technologies for multiple departments. You will optimize layouts, allocate resources, and ensure efficient manufacturing of sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes.

Collaborate with R&D to select best solutions, manage projects on time and within budget, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/TOC and SAP.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies.
• SAP knowledge.
• Sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes.
• English advance

Responsabilidades

• Determining and implementing the production flows and methods for new products and departments.
• Determining and implementing new production technologies.
• Managing factory layouts.
• Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc. Defining production balances and the best use of resources
• Working with R&D to define the best solutions for new products.
• Managing production start-ups, following training, testing, and start-up.
• Determining product processing cycles.
• Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs.
