Siemens Energy is seeking an Expert Professional (P5) in cybersecurity to lead strategy across the AGT product portfolio. The role drives governance, secure lifecycle management, and technical security assurance for industrial systems, with emphasis on SDL/DevSecOps and IEC 62443 alignment.

Key activities include developing roadmaps, embedding security-by-design in development processes, and coordinating a network of cybersecurity experts across engineering, product management and service teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
• Extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years) in industrial/OT cybersecurity roles, with a focus on secure product development in embedded or industrial environments.
• Proven experience implementing and interpreting standards such as IEC 62443 and/or ISO 27001 within product organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the AGT cybersecurity strategy across products, solutions, and services.
• Drive implementation of the AGT cybersecurity roadmap to improve maturity.
• Define, measure, and report cybersecurity KPIs to management.
• Translate IEC 62443 guidance into actionable product requirements.
• Support internal audits and external assessments.
• Embed SDL/DevSecOps into engineering and release processes.
• Oversee vulnerability management (SBOMs, disclosures, remediation).
• Consult on nomination and approval of Industrial Cybersecurity Experts.
• Lead TRAs and security reviews for new/modified products.
• Build a network of cybersecurity experts across org.
• Run community enablement: coaching and awareness.
