Carrier is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager WHQ in Mexico to lead sourcing across indirect categories, with emphasis on Professional Services. You will partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to drive value, ensure procurement processes and business requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or indirect procurement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills for a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing activities for Professional Services and indirect categories, including supplier engagement, evaluation, negotiations, recommendations and award documentation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support cost optimization and supplier management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful procurement initiatives.
• Review and manage procurement documentation, supplier onboarding, approvals, purchase orders, and related processes.
• Maintain accurate sourcing projects, trackers, reports, savings documentation, and supplier information; identify process improvements.

About the role

As a I ndirect Procurement Manager WHQ , you will lead sourcing and procurement activities across assigned indirect categories, with a strong focus on Professional Services. You will partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to drive effective sourcing strategies, commercial value, supplier performance, and business continuity while ensuring alignment with procurement processes and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Indirect Procurement Manager WHQ , you'll be responsible for:

• Lead sourcing activities for Professional Services and assigned indirect categories, including supplier engagement, proposal evaluation, negotiations, recommendations, and award documentation.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support cost optimization, business requirements, and effective supplier management.

• Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, communicate status, and ensure successful execution of procurement initiatives.

• Review and manage procurement and commercial documentation, supplier onboarding, approvals, purchase orders, and related processes.

• Maintain accurate sourcing projects, trackers, reports, savings documentation, and supplier information while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, supplier management, or a related function.

• Strong experience with indirect procurement, preferably with Professional Services categories.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience managing Professional Services sourcing categories and commercial agreements.

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and delivering cost optimization or savings initiatives.

• Experience working in a global manufacturing or multinational organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
