Wabtec Corporation in Mexico seeks a Traffic Coordinator to collaborate with Materials, Customs, Finance and Brokers to ensure border materials move smoothly and avoid paperwork delays. You will support internal customers with status updates and provide essential information to the Customs and Finance teams, while tracking a tax and customs budget.
You will oversee import/export coordination, ensure proper paperwork, and drive timely movement across the border.
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Materials team, Customs team, Finance team, and Brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all materials arriving at the borders are not delayed due to paperwork issues. Additionally, you will support internal customers by providing updates on the status of materials at the border and supplying necessary information to the Customs and Finance teams. You will also be responsible for creating a tax and customs budget and tracking all expenses to stay within this budget.
