Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a data analyst to collect, validate, and maintain material-related data for sustainability and regulatory compliance. You will perform data cleansing and quality checks, and create dashboards and KPI trackers for management.

The role requires 1-2 years in data analytics or related fields, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups), and proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint Online and Teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, or data management roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, data validation, and basic Power Query.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain substance and material-related data for sustainability and regulatory compliance.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to improve data accuracy across reports and databases.
• Create and update recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for stakeholders.
• Support investigations related to material compliance and data requests from internal teams.
• Assist with SharePoint organization, documentation management, and process improvement using 365 tools and AI-enabled features.
