Responsabilidades

• Configure Workday changes aligned with business needs.
• Develop advanced reports and maintain dashboards.
• Monitor and configure HR Business Processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project deliverables for HRIS.
• Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance and data security.
• Recommend system enhancements.
