Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or actuarial science.
• Minimum 1 year of Treasury, Banking Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of banking operations, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and accountability.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• English proficiency equivalent to 500 TOEIC points or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report cash inflows, outflows, and balances.
• Import and post banking transactions into SAP.
• Review, analyze, and process payment requests from internal stakeholders.
• Execute daily banking transactions and payment proposals.
• Upload and maintain payment confirmations and banking documentation.
• Monitor rejected bank transactions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure timely availability of bank statements and banking information.
• Perform accounting entries and support reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Prepare monthly treasury and SAT-related operational reports.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Safeguard banking tokens and security credentials.
