Job summary

GSB is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Power Platform & Data Solutions in Mexico City. The role focuses on program governance, data modeling in Dataverse, and delivering PowerApps and Power BI-based insights to leadership and operations teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals in a hybrid work setup, reporting to senior leadership. A strong English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows), PowerApps (custom app development), Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX).
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced conversational English (will be assessed during the interview).
• Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Mexico City office, with potential transition to fully on-site.
• Location: Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.
• Proactively identify signals and insights before incidents occur.
• Analyze data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership and operations teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
