Coforge is hiring a Technical Lead Full Stack Developer in Mexico City, Mexico, with hybrid work options. You will lead development across C#, SQL, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, and contribute to AI-enabled tooling.

You will steer API design, CI/CD pipelines, and data reconciliations, mentoring team members and coordinating internal and external resources to deliver critical projects.

Formación

• Strong experience with C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Proficient with Angular or React.
• Experience in modern software architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering resources to deliver projects.
• Provide production support for time-sensitive dashboards, feeds, risk and accounting systems.
• Apply modern architectures to enhance systems and develop APIs, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliations to verify system functionality.
• Integrate AI solutions by embedding LLMs and AI workflows into internal tools.
